ACCC reviewing Woolworths’ acquisition plans for PFD Food Services

The ACCC is reviewing Woolworths’ proposed acquisition of PFD Food Services. The watchdog yesterday announced it had commenced a review under the Informal Merger Review Process Guidelines.
